Introduction

Elara Fertility Coaching provides coaching services to individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges. 

What is Coaching?

My services are rooted in my own personal experience and accredited life coaching skills. Coaching is a collaborative partnership, shaped by your goals and needs, and designed to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout your fertility journey. Coaching is a collaborative partnership between the client and coach, focused on the client’s personal goals, wellbeing, and mindset. It is future-oriented and designed to support clarity, confidence, and practical strategies for navigating fertility challenges.

It is important to understand that coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric care, counselling, financial, legal counsel, or a replacement for professional services of any kind. I am not a medical or mental health professional. If at any point I feel you would benefit from additional expertise, I may encourage you to consult the appropriate practitioners.

While I can share contact details of practitioners known through experience and reputation, I do not recommend one over another. All medical decisions, including treatments, clinics, or consultants, remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Coaching cannot guarantee outcomes, such as conception or treatment success. Instead, it provides a safe and supportive space to focus on your mindset, wellbeing, and preparation for each step ahead. Many clients find that this helps them approach their journey with more confidence, clarity, and resilience.

Fees & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Refunds are only available if a session is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Once a session has taken place, no refunds are available.

For block bookings at discounted rates, refunds are not available once any sessions within the block have started.

Scheduling

Sessions typically happen via zoom, however sessions can also take place over WhatsApp Video Call or telephone if preferred. Links or call details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Zoom links will automatically be sent, therefore if you would like to change this communication preference, please let me know in advance of the call.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so that the session can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. If you are late for a session, that time will unfortunately be lost.

Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. This means everything shared within coaching remains confidential unless required otherwise by law. While the coach-client relationship is not considered legally privileged, you can be assured that all information will be treated with respect and discretion.

For professional purposes, your name, email address, and session dates may be recorded in a confidential coaching log used solely to track coaching hours for credential renewal.

Guarantee Disclaimer

Every fertility journey is unique, and outcomes can never be guaranteed. Coaching is not a promise of pregnancy, conception, or treatment success. What coaching can offer is a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your goals, strengthen your mindset, and feel more informed and resilient through your journey. Many clients report increased confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing, but the results of coaching will depend on your personal circumstances and commitment.
